Mr. Stapleton has 33 years of experience evaluating government programs like Ticket to Work and determining how they can be improved. His experience and contacts within the government have proven to be invaluable in helping the company grow and prosper.
He also has a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Business from the University of Maryland which provides a sound foundation for overseeing the company’s operations and continued growth.
Mr. Alan Shafer – Vice President for Sales/Operations
With over 30 years in the technology arena is an energetic, results-oriented executive with extensive solution selling, marketing, and operations experience.
While serving as Vice President of Sales for Elcom International, a $750MM worldwide technology company, Alan worked with a staff of over 200 sales and technical support personnel.
Other experience includes management and senior management positions with Apple Computer, ComputerWare. and MTG.
Dale Mackinnon- Vice President of Job Development.
Before joining RFW, Dale spent 18 years pursuing her passion for the professional horse industry. After accomplishing all aspects of this business (Race horses, show horses, training, teaching, buying, selling), she decided on a career change.
In 2008, she jointed RFW as a job developer and quickly became the “go to” person for anything important involving job development. In the last few years, she built a nationwide team of dedicated job developers whose success has made RFW a leading employment network with hundreds of job placements. She has continued to take on added responsibilities as RFW has grown in different directions and was promoted to Vice President in 2009.
Her passion for helping others less fortunate than her provides a strong foundation for growing the company. “Nothing can be more rewarding than guiding people in their unfortunate situations to a better place in life.” She is proof that you can go beyond what you think your capabilities are.
